Instructions for Submitting a Digital Photograph
To submit a photograph, you must submit a digital photograph. Photographs
mailed to ERAS Support Services at ECFMG for scanning will not be accepted.
Your photograph must:
Show a clear, front view of your full face only. Your face should be in the
middle of the photograph, and your expression should be natural with your
eyes open and looking directly ahead.
Be in color with a light-colored background.
Be wallet-sized or passport-sized (no larger than 3 inches by 3 inches [9 cm
x 9 cm]).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are a "Repeat Applicant" and submitted a photograph
for the ERAS 2011 application year, ECFMG will use that photograph for ERAS
2012 . Once you have registered at MyERAS, please allow three to five
business days for the photograph to be attached to your ERAS application.
Before you attempt to submit a digital photograph, make sure that it
conforms to the following technical specifications:
It must be in the Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) format.
It must have a resolution of 300 pixels wide by 300 pixels high OR 240
pixels wide by 320 pixels high, and a color depth of 24-bit color.
The source of the digital photograph should be either a digital camera or a
print photograph scanned into a digital format.
The maximum image size accepted will be 100,000 bytes (100 Kb)
To upload your photograph, click the "Browse" button below and select the
photograph file from your computer. Once you have selected the appropriate
file, click "Upload File".
You will receive confirmation of acceptance if the system uploads your
digital photograph successfully.
If your photograph is rejected, you will need to resubmit it. If you are
unable to upload your digital photograph, please contact us at eras-support@
ecfmg.org.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you resubmit your digital photograph, the last photograph
submitted will override the previous photograph permanently.

们是请家里人帮着拍的，还是到店里去拍的啊？
要大笑还是要微笑， 还是一点点笑？

发帖数: 1017 | 19 我也没经验，目前认为女生穿正式的衬衫 （dress shirt),我倾向白色或者淡蓝色，不
用穿外套。Banana Republic的衬衫不错，比较适合亚洲人。其他有好评的品牌还有Ann taylor，
CK，另外我看Jones New York的衬衫也不错。
家里如果相机好，家里拍也可。我家里，外面都试过，目前还没有满意的。还得重拍。
微笑或一点点笑都可以吧。

正式的格子或条子衬衫行吗？还是最好是一色的？
长发的话，是放下来好？还是梳成马尾巴好呢？有刘海好吗？还是把头发都梳到后面?
记得以前sunshadow说中分的长发最好...
要稍微化点淡妆吗？还是不要？
