所有的交流 〈email, phone call, pre-interview dinner, small talk with
greeter/ PC, interview session, post-interview phone call/ email, verbal/
non-verbal/ body language〉都會被記錄，特出的不論好壞，會影響結果
e.g., a meeting was held right after the interview, all candidates were
rank into four categories: upper/ middle/ low/ un-rank
Package (USMLE, honors, LoR- chair/ dean/ prof, PS, global experience, paper
/ publication) 是非常非常重要
All transform to one final score. (e.g., USMLE 15points for 250 & up,
10points for 235-349, LoR- prof 15points for outstanding, 10points for
excellent, 5points for good, one publication 1point till 5points. )
人格特質 (成熟大方，不幼稚，不極端，不討人厭，有洞察力)
e.g., one candidate grew up from miserable family (stated in his PS,) but
held a mature attitude toward it. During the interview, he did not even
mention about it. Chair was impressed and call him to follow up- although
his package is just mediocre.

另外我觉得打分情况因PG而异。我上次面的一个PG，PD就明确告诉我，他们不会询问住
院医和PC我问了些什么问题，吃饭时表现如何。因为这样我可以放心问自己想问的问题
，从而充分了解这个PG。
打分也各不相同。当然PACKAGE是最重要的。 | H*****1
