在都是炎炎夏日了，我还是没好，
症状是：
鼻塞，好多时候都需要用口呼吸，鼻子是完全不通气。
醒来之后马上开始打喷嚏，一直不停地打，可以一下打十几个，毫无夸张之说。
想请教这里的牛人们，帮我支招!

但是最近看有人介绍每天慢跑，坚持一段时间以后改善很大，我已经开始几天了，现在
早上还是鼻子痒，很多喷嚏，但是晚上好一点。

year long. I suggested him to rinse his sinuses with saline everyday. Now
he only needs fluticasone occasionally.
You can buy those bottles and packages of salt at drug stores. here is the
