1. Caffeine overdose causes headaches.
2. Caffeine withdrawal triggers headaches.
3. Caffeine is a good remedy for headaches, like Coca helps headaches.
However, Caffeine consumption induces the tolerance. In other words, if you
drinks coffee daily, caffeine won't help your headaches.
So caffeine tolerance and dependence should be considered if you are unlucky
enough to have chronic daily headache. |

这个和镇痛药物引起的慢性头痛是一样的，对吗？
最近复习drug abuse，看有文献说即使没有overdose，但是少量长期和alcohol abuse
一样。实际上早上很早的那段时间表现还是由于晚间没有drink，所以次日有部分疼痛
是由于withdrawal引起的，尤其是周末表现特别明显。

以前用caffeine治疗偏头痛是由于caffeine的收缩血管作用，后来有人做研究发现
caffeine的利尿作用还会去除一部分扩管的物质，所以不能起到效果。而且很容易耐受
，需要不断增加剂量，最后就abuse了。 |

caffeine对tension headache还是很有效的。 但前提是你要对caffeine naive。
