原定6日的飞机赴美探亲，家里有2岁半的小孩，孕21周孕妇，不知是否该改机票，等老
人痊愈后再赴美？
若按原定计划赴美，该准备哪些常用药物进行伤口护理和治疗？

besides steroid ointment, she can can use a lot of Vaseline on the top. She
also can take Tylenol or Motrin for pain control. |

因为在国内，老人不明白怎么处理伤口。现在正是纠结，是先过来，我们照顾还是在国
内一直跑医院的好。
另外有个问题，孕21周孕妇照顾老人，为其换药处理伤口可行吗？对胎儿是否有影响？
孕妇本人有注射过水痘疫苗。

发帖数: 991 | 6 疱疹破裂后最易感染。虽然孕妇打过疫苗，还是建议少接触。小孩没有发过水痘要远离。
治疗上主要是止痛和创口护理。老年人发病会很重，最好看医生，得到专业指导。 |

但我是成人后打的疫苗，而且我只注射了一次。是否已经产生抗体？
再问，带状疱疹大概要多久痊愈，不带病毒？
因为老人要呆足6个月，等到新生儿出生满月。

疱疹已经破裂了，等一到美国，就是我来护理，换药，肯定要接触的。问了OB，又说没
事。儿医也说打过疫苗就没事。但是我还是很担心。
在国内有看医生，由于老人属于过敏体质，没有给于抗病毒静脉治疗，一直是口服加肌
注。30日去复诊，又停了肌注维生素B12和口服地塞米松。

malformation is usually between gestational 8-20 weeks. If I were you, I
would still not take this risk. Like I said I would postpone the flight to
at least 3 weeks later. |

能，发作起来很痛苦。 |

penciclovir, desciclovir。疗程7-10天。
另外，伤口没有结痂之前都有传染性，注意隔离。

发帖数: 246 | 16 After 72 hours, viral therapy will be very helpful. Air droplets could be
contagious as well( though the risk is minim).
Of course you can get the serology titer. However if I were LZ, I would not
take the risk anyway even I got good titer. I am a physician and a mother,
and I can feel it for the LZ.
LZ's mother can still come, but please wait for a few weeks. |

老人不懂，出疱疹后4天，疼痛难忍才给我电话，第5天才去医院的，应该是错过了最佳
的治疗时机吧
谢谢大家的建议，我刚给改了机票，3周后的，希望到时候能够痊愈。
也请大家给点建议，目前治疗护理有什么其他的办法吗？老人疱疹直径都在2CM。神经
痛~晚上都睡不着觉。
9月17日发病，到10月27日上飞机，痊愈无传染性，有可能吗？ |

medication is amitriptyline, but should be used cautiously in elderly.
Unfortunately the pain can last for a long time even after the rash is gone. |

发帖数: 246 | 25 Gabapentine is not really usefully for the acute neuritis phase. Instead it
will help if it's post-herpatic neuralgia.
We usually should always first try with Tyleno and NSAIDs, then Percocet
kind of medication. Like Nabla said, we need to be cautious to use
Amitriptyline, especially with old patients. If any other medication I
mentions previously does not work, we may think of Amitriptyline. Most of
Dermatologist don't use Amitriptyline for zoster. |
