何？ 据说效果不如用药
效果好。。

pregabalin is Lyrica, similar to Gabapentin, but Gabapentin is much cheaper

发帖数: 371 | 6 Unfortunately Gabapentin, Lyrica, Lidocaine patch all of those medications
usually do not work well for PHN, which is one of the toughest pain
conditions to treat. Assuming this patient has tried multiple anti-
neuropathic medications already,
I would recommend
1. A trial of subcutaneous injection of Botox along painful area (typically
following dermatone distribution). Multiple studies showed promising results
of locally injected botox for PHN condition
2. A trial of 8% Qutenza capsaicin patch applying to painful area. It is of
high cost though
3. Lidocaine infusion or ketamine infusion
4. If 1/2/3 fails, nerve root block and pulsed radiofrequency modulation
could be considered
5. Worse case, consider spinal cord stimulator
