of reduced taxes for their employees, but many of those employees will not
actually see a reduction in their taxes, and will end up paying the IRS when
they file their taxes next year. After my tax withholdings were decreased
earlier this year, I amended a W-4 form to bring the withholdings back to
where they were because I don't want to be stuck with paying the IRS when I
file next year.
