发帖数: 3809 | 8 印度招标时的要求是由外国生产商提供18架飞机和技术转让给印度斯坦航空生产另外
108架飞机。现在印度要在合同里写上由法国人为所有126架飞机（也就是说包括印度斯
坦航空生产的飞机）的质量和按时交货负“全部”责任。法国人只涨价100%其实已经是
很客气了。
