What train? The train on which Cobb tries to extract secrets from Saito?
That is a two-level dream. The train is the reality; The apartment (Saito's apartment for his mistress) in a riot is actually in Nash's dream [Nash messes up the carpet]; the office with a safe is in a level 2 dream.
This whole thing is a trap by Saito to test Cobb's ability (Saito says it is an audition and Cobb's performance is impressive.)
PS: BTW, I do not see an obvious loophole here.

airplane. When they drive a cab, a train suddenly come out and Loli said it
is not in her design.
My question is, why Cobb keeps make this train into dreams?

cobb的梦境时不是坐一个电梯么，专门有一层就是这火车。
cobb在做任务的时候心理状况应该不是很稳定，mal在第一和第二层都没出现（mal和
cobb主观意识无关而是由激素和更深层的意识控制）但是却在第一层出现了这火车（如
果这火车以前敢在梦里经常出现的话那cobb不用混饭吃了）。萝莉知道这来自cobb的潜
意识不过因为对cobb的好感还是忍住了没跟其他队员说。
