1000SFT，其它基本都一样，去年8月51.2W成交的，但是这个房子是几个offer bid下来
的，比LIST PRICE 还高1.2W.
大家觉得这个价格怎么样？ |

个房子多个卫生间。

yeah lot size is usually quite accurate.
But living space I won't trust. All kinds of omission, estimation errors,
reasons and motivations behind the numbers.

the CMA probably would point to a flat price versus the 51.2 from Aug13.
You are not stealing it, just about fair.
