Status一项，这个大多情况能从chart上找到，大多数病人是full code
full code是不是意味着如果病人发生紧急情况，医院可以采取任何紧急抢救措施？
如果code是do not resuscitate，是不是病人之前和医院签过一协议这类的，什么情况
可以抢救，什么情况放弃抢救

whole team of physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, labs and radiology
will involve in intubation, CPR, defibrillation and administration of
vasopressors and antiarrythmics.
DNR means we are forbidden to call code blue and let patient expire
naturally, but many patients choose which measures to take and which are not
to in case of emergency. For example, some choose to take the medicines
only instead of CPR and intubation, and others may include intubation. My
hospital has a DNR list for the patients to check the criteria of
resuscitation once they decide to have DNR.

无法自己做决定的病人可以有家庭决定（以前没有做过决定的话）。 但是又很多条件

我上周的病人，一个87岁，DNR，另一个51岁，full code，现在算彻底明白了
