还有，relocation里没详细写卖房子的费用包不包，请问一下大家原居住地有房子的，
intel cover house closing的各项费用吗？
relocation 是不是standard的？还是说，跟你的职位和grade level有关？
EB 系数可以negotiate吗？ 还是跟grade level走，是固定的？
不是RCG,RSU也不一定有，是吗？
Hiring bonus还可以negotiate吗？
我现在只argue了base。
EB和ECB加起来，一般grade level 6和7一年税前能拿到多少呀？
Offer里也没写，一年多少假期。
头痛地看各种document中，唉。

发帖数: 5681 | 2 先说一下我对现在的 relocation package 的 detail 不了解。 最好是talk to the
HR. 我只分享一下以前的经验。 老婆进入 Intel (year 2000) 时有三个选择。 Cash
offer. Company fully responisble for your moving and relocate service. Or
half cash, half service. 2004 从波士顿搬过来时只剩下 cash offer only了.
About employee benefits, 基本上都是是固定的 from what I heard. If your
hiring manager really likes you, benefit can go and beyond but within a
limit. 假期是一年三个礼拜的。 十年后跳到四个礼拜， 不会再改变了 until your
retirement. You will also eligible for sabbatical every 7 years.
When HR made you an offer, you can negotiate for anything. They want to
offer you the lowest and you want the highest. That's the art and fun of
negotiation. Good luck.
