the tentative plan is to leave bayarea around 4p.m. saturday and car camping
at bunny flat before starting climbing around 3a.m. sunday morning.
some of us will carry ski/snowboard.

我来说一个training的场景：
讲解rope team的要点之后，五个instructors现场演示: 先是集
合在一起，然后按照在绳队中的顺序依次出发, 整个绳队在雪坡
上完全展开以后，我正在印证如何保持绳间距的理论，忽听最中
间的team member一声"falling"大喊，接着在绳队上的每一位队
员都在迅速摔倒并self-arrest的同时也大喊 "failing"，声音
洪亮, 瞬间的场面颇具震撼效果； |

s my first time at Shasta.
The recent snow is very wet, so I would think the new layer binds very well
with the old snow. Any way, you should call the ranger station ahead.

这次应该还是走AG，因为这些朋友大多是第一次去。但是可能会走heart 和 red back
左边，在滑下来之前察看一下地形。
