u have cold feet, they work fine.
The key to keep warm is to keep moving, not necessarly to be fast, but need
to be steady. In climbs like Rainier, no matter how warm the boots you wear,
if you don't move for 30 minutes, you feel cold anyway.

are a bit warmer, but not too comfy on the approach. I'd prefer Trango S Evo
for a summer Rainier climb. Another way to keep warm is to wear double
socks.

perfectly. Remember my pool ankle on Jefferson climb?
I tried double socks, that simply doesn't work for me, but I know some peopl
e like this idea. Another way is to use toe warmers, I am not a big fan of i
t either.

snow for extended time, i.e. when teaching. I am not teaching anything in
the snow this year though, lucky me.
