客服挺客气，我先说看到网上有这个discontinue的信息，她解释了一遍issue，我说我
看到可以refund，希望refund，她要我寄回去，我说我看到可以用banking history，
她说是的，刚才我不知道你参加rewards program，然后就要了账号去verify了。然后
就说issue钱给我。整个过程挺客气的。 |
