some serious problems and had everything frozen (salary increase, bonus, etc
). But now they are doing pretty good. Actually, they usually offer higher
salary than many major pharmas to attract people.

pharm.
so you got an offer or at least onsite? from what i heard, schering is under
hiring freeze now due to the recent acquiring of Organon.
