左脚背疼得慌,走路都困难了。
气死我了,这几天工作不忙还不能去跑步,天天在办公室里头干坐着。

Wow! 35mi/wk is very good mileage. Recovery is important too.
A lot of ice and warm cycles probably would help
speedup the recovery. Take care!

Apply ice bag on your left foot for 10-20min, then put your
left foot into warm water for 10min. Do this cycle a couple for times
to see whether it is helpful.
