准备不足啊，如果早知道有这个比赛，初次半马没准就可以从10月份提前到这个了。
能否不参赛，当成long run凑热闹吗？

Have a try.Just for fun! Your longruns have exceeded far more than HM. I've
never run HM before, either.

My first FM happened almost 5 years ago. I haven't run much since then. Last
September, I decided to train for my 2nd Marathon.
For this half Marathon,I wish to keep pace at 7:30/mile, if possible.
