definitely not.
2009 US Statistics shows mean time in marathon: Men 4:13 and Women 4:41.
Average of our running board is way better than the national average.

forum regularly? I bet it is way faster than 4:13 and 4:41.

run 18 something min 5K.

1 完全ENJOY跑步本身, 不太在乎速度. 这样的人以美国人居多. 比如我公司的英文老
师, 有两个20多年的跑友, 她们完成了很多马拉松, 每次都是非常ENJOY, 速度不是主

2 创造速度:这样的人本版很多, 来了几次打击相当大, 太动摇自信了. |

很认真的写到了纸上, 还把次话传达给了另外两个一起去BIG SUR的跑友.

跑版嘛， 本来应该是个互相学习经验的地方， 而不是纯粹为了BSO的。。。
奈何中国人多好这口。。。

但喜欢和别人比就完全没必要了， 每个人身体条件生活环境都不一样，
乱比只会自寻烦恼而已。。。

elsewhere. It simply gives me more motivation to get better. I love to
compete, in the race or on the trail. It doesn't matter if I lose. Trying to match up someone else's speed makes me dig deeper in myself. I quite share wolfstar's views. Whenever he sees a person running a fast tempo or interval on this board, he'd try to match it himself.:)
The only thing that annoys me is when a couch potato tries to BSO by stating

会自寻烦恼， 不是说我自己。。。实际上我很少会去看别人的log..
别人跑得pace， 我也喜欢借鉴， 但如果达不到， 俺也非常心安理得 ：D
