健身2年多有所成效,但是肚子和腰上开始有赘肉了,腹肌只能若隐若现,现在想跑步
减掉腹部和腰上的脂肪,平均每天跑步4-5MILES, 每天饮食很少吃蛋白质,只吃水果
和果汁,吃一点点面包,每天都很饿。
请问这样减脂,多长时间会有成效?科学吗? 会不会损失肌肉,听有人说跑步先调肌肉
,后调脂肪,是这样吗?
