<5 mile就挺难的了。我高中的时候1500m跑进过5min，但从来没跑过mile。
现在是远远不及了。
好像tuoniao的mile很快，不确定是不是他了，反正高中的时候跑的巨快。

on the track, not on the road. Bill Rodgers' mile PR is 4:19. So, apparently, 4:19 was enough speed for a
person to win four Boston marathons and four NYC marathons.:)

a sub 4 minute mile, despite that
he specialized in middle distance early on in his career. His 1500m best is
about equivalent to a flat 4 minute
mile.

我们分一队二队的，一队是特招，不少都是健将，5k 14分多 1w sub 30肯定没问题。
二队就是业余的，因为有些市里的比赛专门就要求非特招参加的
二队里最强的也就是几年前有过一个万米34分半的吧，剩下的这么多年大多数也就是
sub 40的水平
