时候似乎
没有人看出来，说明还不太严重。
据说是太累造成的，我老婆第一反应就是跑步。不管是不是，最近跑步是肯定不会被批

I have similar issue if I drink milk. Lactose free milk can tremendously
reduce that problem but still not all.

sandwich, quit burger.... well, i often eat them when I think that food is >

You might have over-trained. Slow down a bit.

发帖数: 553 | 12 7, 我就得过，刚开始跑步加量的时候，身体还不适应，免疫力下降引起的。很疼。不
过有特效药，吃了几天就好了。
