busy schedule and an extremely stressful life.
Worried that body weight could go up. Weighed myself
just now, after dinner, 5LB down than that of three
weeks ago in the morning. My morning weight usually
is 4LB lower than evening weight. Do not know if I
should be happy or sad. Will resume running no later
than Jun 01. This was the date I started long run
last year. So expecting a brand new start:)
My son's body weight went up significantly from 5%
(when daddy was away for a month) to 15% (during the
past three week under daddy's care). Really happy!
A couple pairs of running shoes and several pieces of
shorts and shirts will arrive soon. I will run with my
son instead of running alone - he will be in his Ironman
jogging stroller with daddy:) |
