发现自己真的有这个倾向。大家讨论讨论
1) feel bad for skipping running.
2) feel good after running
3) feel bad for not meeting training plan.
4) put running in first in daily schedule.
5) link running with weight control. (worrying weight gain if not run)
6) try to run thur the pain sometime.
7) thinking/talking too much about running..
但是感觉大多数runner都这样。。不是么?
