确实更好。880南下很堵，能少走一段算一段。

FB is building 3 new office buildings, just imagine how many new engineers
will be there.
North Fremont is right across 84, RIGHT NOW(before the Patterson 600 homes
are sold) the traffic situation is very good, worst case spending 20 minutes
on the bridge.
just from investment (not in terms of renting out, but waiting for the price
to increase ) perspective, it's going to be attracting much more attention.
also this area is seeing intense high-density development trend, so
existing SFH will be relatively more valuable.
north fremont has good BART option to SF and Berkeley.
if u work in sunnyvale, south fremont (MSJ/Irvington) could be a better
choice, but that's also coming to the 1.5mil range

880确实很堵。但是有local 路可以绕。
基本可以保证下班高峰40分钟到家。

budget，学区的同时，也要适当考虑交通 |

发帖数: 3028 | 15 在880/Mission拓宽之前880是很堵。哪时候要走880最右线出Dixon Landing转进Kato。
拓宽之后走右线也就是在Dixon Landing哪里停几秒继续抄最右线出Mission一点都不堵。

good school district. Much easier access to 880,680 and 237. |

far as Fremont, cities around. So overall, I don't think Fremont is a good
place to live, beside there are factorylike Tesla is there, the air is not
good.
The good city to invest and live are Cupertino, Los Gatos, Saratoga |
