eat ~8-10% off from your rent, and provide some legal shield as well,
because you are not directly responsible to the tenant. |

爹负责MARKETING，儿子负责维修事宜，也是找合同公司。每月的支出明晰很清楚，基
本COVER了贷款和property TAX，前提是没有大的维修。
- 找人推荐的好些。
- 谈三家大概就能比较出来了。
- 要有耐心，不要急着降价，降价。property management这方面还是有经验。 |
