beginning.
I offered 1.2M cash first when it was on market priced around 1M. My plan
was to remodel and flip it around 1.8M. The first round was already well
above 1.2M. The house was on market around noon, at 5PM in the afternoon,
there is more than 10 offers already. There was going to be an open house
later in the weekend, they decided to review offer the next day and skip the
open house. The 2nd round I didn't try as it was likely a fishing price
anyway.
From what I observe, there are people unlikely able to afford this kind of
price touring the house, they likely bid up and failed on the finance.
