It just submitted an NDA in China, a hugh market due to increasing drug
addicts. The company is in an unique market so it will be there for many
years to come. So don't you worry about it may disappear in a couple of
years. It gives very high annual bonus for its employees.
Richmond is a great area, low tax, low house price, good schools, good
weather (most of days > 50F), and no traffic jams.
