(=contributions), and not from a rollover less than 5 years, additional 10%
tax does not apply.

这是从 wiki 上找到的：
“Direct contributions to a Roth IRA may be withdrawn tax free at any time.[
1] Rollover, converted (before age 59½) contributions held in a Roth
IRA may be withdrawn tax and penalty free after the "seasoning" period (
currently 5 years).”
这里说，只要是“direct contributions” 就不用交税，也没有 penalty.
所以，我这种情况应该是没罚金了？
