our workshops, and when I poll these retailers, that's the nearly unanimous
response when asked the question.
But it's the wrong answer. At least nowadays it is. At least in tri.

准确地说那不叫降低headset（headset没法降低），降低的是handlebar。

头盔也有大小的，试戴一下，合适的就好。

平时在路上也有看见triathlete戴着这种头盔训练，但是多数都是戴road helmet. 所
以还是买俩吧。Road helmet还有个好处：头皮痒痒了可以伸个手指进入挠一挠…
