v*****r 发帖数: 2325 | 4 i am interested in weighted pull up too. it's actually very useful strengh, when you thinking about Rock Climbing, Wall Climbing Over, etc.
my bodyweight is getting less than 5RM now. i plan to find a new 5RM with
some weight attached.
from +95 to +135 is only 40LBS, for a big bull like you, that maybe just 4
month time. why not go for +185 over a year span?
