They have always been unprofessional to me, and it's even worse these days.
They gave me two verbal warnings on one day, and also said if I receive the
third warning, they will fire me. Our old HR lady left, so the receptionist
who is also CEO's secretary all of a sudden claimed herself as the new HR,
and helped my boss to accuse me. The whole process was ridiculous, and they
even didn't allow me to use bathroom.

，你失去工作之日你的H1就失效了，所以越快转好身份越好。真的来不及的话，有几个
星期的gap问题也不大。 | n***b

my legal status. I will resign tomorrow before they are able to fire me.
In this case, I don't give them two week notice, may I still have my
paycheck of last two weeks' work and my accrued PTO? I know it might be
written in the handbook, but I left it in my office, and they even took away
my badge, so I can't get access to the handbook. | s******n

给你钱。不知道其他州是否有类似法律。 | i********d

it.It is clear things are bad when you even can not use company's bathroom.
But when you resign you have all your right to talk about how to deal with
your two weeks vacation time.
