sign, 偶将与internet有关的全装了，就不知怎么搞的

1. Try http://localhost/iishelp to see if it works. Or check
the default.asp, get the redirect URL, try it directly.
2. Go to IISService, set the default start page as
default.asp. Or delete it, then add it.
I met the same problem on win2k. http://localhost/ didn't
work, but after I tried (1) and (2) above, it worked.
