You want to have at least 20% daily protein in it.

called whole grain bread in grocery stores, usually not whole-grain-enough )
you want to incooperate some protein, healthy fiber, and some healthy fat,
ideally, some green too in your breakfast.
I have no time in the morning usually, so I have a protein shake. =P

contain protein.
As for the fiber, green, and fat, I guess I can only have them for lunch and
dinner le... no time for such a fine breakfast...:(
