Now: Looking at the menu board, 6 inch Meatball sub without cheese is
closed to 600 calories, tuna melt is
even worse is closed to 800 calories (It is required by the city government

the calories of the food on the menu board for customers), I only can order ham and turkey
sub at Subway (300 calories),
and Shanghai Chicken salad (315 calories) in Cosi (with no bread, i am
wondering the calo |

cheese. One day, when I took my
subway lunch back to my office,I met one of my co-work in lobby, he ask me
whether it is a footlong : )

里面的食物成分含量表是按餐厅分类的，还挺全，不过都是快餐啥的嘿嘿。
有的餐厅的食物可以查看components的，这样你不吃某个部分也能算热量~
不得以要吃快餐的人可以吃之前check以下咯。
LoseIt一类的apps也能搜餐馆food，不过我觉得这种分类法也很不错~
我经常睡前躺着看各种食物的成分。。。然后留着口水睡觉了

high in both calories and fat since the tuna is mixed with some fatty dressing :
) (like tuna salad). I suggest that you can buy some can tuna in water base
and prepare some tuna for yourself to control the fat intake. |

昨天在pret manager买了个tuna sandwich, 热量560，其它sandwich热量没这么高，
440-540之间
