ECE dept. The positions are all open rank and open area.
For those of you who are interested in finding faculty positions, please
check it out online at: http://www.ece.ncsu.edu/about/faculty_positions.
There are also some cluster hire positions related with ECE.
Personally, I think the research triangle area is a very nice place to live.
The teaching load is reasonable (2 courses per year for new APs). Have
very good undergraduate and graduate students. Research funding is in
general abundant because we have two active NSF research centers and other
resources from local companies. Facility and campus are pretty new too.
Don't write emails to this ID. I set it up just for spreading the message
out. If you prepare to apply, make sure you do your homework well as the
