今天收到正式的offer，master 毕业一年，工作8个月，title offer里写的是SDE。
Salary：99750
Sign on：0
Stock: $4,500
relocation package.
请问有没有再去争取的必要和可能性？Base salary 我感觉对我来说不错了，比较现在
的工资涨了大约40%（现在不在东西岸）。 |

可以尝试要点sign-on + stock
否则就比fresh 差太多了

know couple lvl 60 new hire all get 100k+.
You can definitely work on sign on stock bonus. $4500 is way too low for a
new hire. You should shoot for $30k-$45k sign on bonus (cash + stock).

seems that is the policy unless HM likes u very much or u argued strongly.

track and not get the high stock sign-on.
However, this is a STRONG sign that MS will NOT give you much recurring
stock after the sign on expires. So consider this even if you are fresh when
comparing with other companies' offers. For example, Google's recurring
stock is known to be good.

的offer再说。加紧A的onsite吧。 |

熟悉又非常可能同时有多个offer的fresh，才在fresh的offer package里加了比较好的
stock，做到跟web公司comparable，但是experienced hire没有这个budget.

和/或sign-on bonus(一次性的)了。一般跳槽原来公司
unvested RSUs就没有了，得靠sign-on来补。

This is totally wrong. All companies will buy their stock back from the
market. My friend who jumps to MSFT with 2 years exp got $100k+ sign on (
cash+stock). However, for industry hire, they expect to pay more for the
relocation. One of my friend who worked in DC before jumped to MSFT and MSFT
paid the agent fee for his house in DC which is around $150k. Therefore, in
most case, if you don't ask for high relocation package, you can definitely
work on getting a good sign on bonus.

附和。公司当然有buy back,但是相对ms的规模，那点普通员工分不到什么。
