为什么选REDFIN? REDFIN改了REBATE制度后REBATE也没什么竞争力,大多数湾区华人
AGENT都可以MATCH. REDFIN下OFFER的AGENT自己不看房,房子的具体条件都不清楚,下的
OFFER很难靠谱.而且他/她雇FIELD AGENT ( PER TRIP或PER HOME),因为成本等因素,不
容许你看很多次. 如果你看了几次没有OFFER,REDFIN会认为你"NOT READY",不给你安排

各个地区不一样？
redfin的一个好处是所有签名都可以网上完成， 不用打印扫描什么的， 还是挺省心的
