1. Both parties collaborate one last time and draft a marriage separation
agreement (MSA) that is fair and acceptable to both of you.
2. Go to a notary public and have this MSA notarized.
3. Follow your county family court's instructions, step by step. A total of
five steps.
Take six months to get your final judgement if you are disciplined and
follow the steps. If not, can drag longer depending on how much delay
between the steps.
Costs $325 filing fee plus notary fee, and your time.

如果是事务所的话大概要多少钱？能不能推荐一家在mountain view附近的？我们有小
孩还有外州的房子，所以担心自己办太麻烦。但是如果$10,000的话确实贵了点。 |
