1.北边中国城好学区，2br 2.1ba 全新townhouse， 16万3，一年HOA加property tax一
共接近7000走路到两个中国超市plaza，walmart，sam‘s club，估计开车段时间可以
到中国老人聚集的地方.但是离我家比较远，25-30分钟高速，高峰时间堵车
2. 我家附近差学区 （local 开车 5-10分钟），2br 2.1ba 1983年造的half duplex，
13万9，没有HOA，property tax 3800. 走路到walmart，JCpenny 所在的plaza和
target Kohl’s 所在的plaza，还有走路能到central market， cvs， tom thumb。走
半个小时可以到一片apt的公园和trail，也有不少中国老人在那边住。
以后父母可能打算中国美国各住半年，现阶段和我们住，房子买了可以租掉。1是全新
房，父母不舍得租，租金1200左右。2肯定租掉，租金应该比1高点，更接近downtown，
1300-1400.

Belmont可能是最好的选择，你可以先租在Belment看看。Belment 有很多multi-family
的房子出租，当然房子比较老。Belmont的高中挺好的，小学初中Belmont Hill 非常好
，不过房子很贵。
我们原来也住在Natick, 邻居就在Cambridge 上班，每天开车，避开高峰的话45钟是完
全可行的，但是得早起晚回。Natick的学校一般。 |

hope. Better to raise your budget to at least $700. 1BR/1BA at Hampshire
Downs Apartments is around $755 (called today)
