Woodbridge以北的不考虑。3月10号起租，租客是Florida调过来的军人，可以签一年
lease，但active军人由于deployment原因离开本地可以30天notice break lease
without penalty.

大家好，
我们一家会在9月15日离开伯克利回国，愿意把我在大华附近的住房转租一月或长
期转租（10个月以上）。9月15日下午即可入住。
住房地址是3027 Yolo Ave., El Cerrito, 在Central
Ave.旁边，在华人超市大华的北侧100米，离52路车站30米（到伯克利大学只需30－40
分钟），离家30米有一个Park可以活动锻炼，走10几分钟可去海边散步，离附近的四五
家超市和商店饭馆都很近（如果有孩子上学或上幼儿园只需走路约10分钟），离Bart
station步行约10分钟。
房间是在一个两层楼的房子里的一楼，二楼住的是房东——一对友善容易沟通的年轻华
人夫妇。根据我住近一年的经验，除了每月你去交房租，其余一概无需与房东来往，房
东也不会打扰你；相反，你有困难找房东（尤其是男房东），他们都很乐意帮助你。
住房有卧室一间（卧具挂衣间衣柜书桌无线上网一应俱全）、起居室一间（配沙发电视
机穿衣镜）、厨房和餐厅连在一起（厨具冰箱餐桌椅齐全）、独立盥洗间，房东有洗衣
间。适合两人合租或一家俩、三口合住。
租金需与房东商定，房租每月 |
