不干呢？
不论川粉还是川黑， 你如果没有爱你的照顾你的人，老了被折腾光财产医院随随便便
处理你， 你信不信？！
拿我自家孩子的事情， 我感觉每年西雅图一个医院这种故意杀人的不下三五起， 全国
都这个德行， 单单婴儿故意被这么搞死的肯定每年好几十上百。成人的数据其实更全
， 我查的资料90年代写得触目惊心， 住院10天一般出事是肯定的， 基本上家属知道
事故后只有7%起诉，绝大多数败诉。 现在我怀疑更糟糕，因为人的道德观越来越糟糕。
你这么靠law&order没用的，
没有基本的道德标准， 就完蛋鸟。

机械部分是瓶颈"，这句话是对的，所以X的瓶颈就是它的机械部分。Q是瞬间地用齿
轮的间距调整扭矩，间距的调整是没有延迟而且和扭矩差成绝对的线性。而X先要看
轮速差，再控制内部刹车片给打滑的轮子阻力，使扭矩传到另外轮，注意轮速差并
不代表扭矩差，这是不同的概念，变化只是近似的相同，这样从采集数据开始就有
误差。然后计算机算好输出值，算法又一次加大误差，然后控制内部刹车片，这时
内部刹车片的动作也会有延迟。就是说X与Q比，会在错误的时间给与错误的扭矩调
整，当然不会很大，等下一个采样周期到了以后X再做一次新的调整，修正不足或过
激。
所以X是以一定频率有较大误差的调整来控制扭矩的分配，而由于刹车机械限制，这
个频率比Q要差的远，而原理上X的误差也会比Q大，所以高速，雪地这样需要快速精
确调整的情况下Q的优势是明显的，但像公路低速行驶X的缺陷并不明显，到OFFROAD这
种不要速度不求精度的情况下，X才可以完全胜任。

MDS is a very complicated disease, even experts in WHO could not reach a
consensus on the classification. Go to talk with a hematologist/oncologist
first before you borrow bone marrow smear from China. If you want a good
guideline for therapy, bone marrow smear may not be enough. Unfortunately,
neither MDS nor transformed acute leukemia has good response to even most
advanced therapy.

hospital setting, ER or ICU. This agent will resolve clots which cause acute
ischemic stroke, and also has the risk of serious bleeding. If it is a
hemorrhagic stroke, this meds can't be infused at all. I think big hospitals
in China should have this kind of meds, but not every hospital can do

properly. It is not because appendicitis cannot self-resolve. Yes, it can
resolve spontaneously. But you are risking perforating your appendix, and
developing into a much more complicated situation, leading to peritonitis,

诊断的英文是什么，如果是acute kidney injury那么是无可厚非的，如果是renal
failure那算是灰区了，renal failure并没有特别严格的定义，曾经这种情况确实可以
叫acute renal failure，但是现在概念有变化
不论盖什么帽子，诊断都是人为定义的。
医生怎么和家长说的？肾脏衰竭了小孩没救了？我觉得从你描述的故事看医生不太可能
会这样交代病情
好吧，
再讲一次：
1）小孩的病史：
长期的肠胃消化疾病，多次出现腹泻。出现过elevated creatinine, 结果证明是因为
腹泻导致脱水引起的，之后补水之后creatinine 很快恢复正常了。
2）ER经历
最近一次血检发现elevated creatinine,小孩已经腹泻几天。父母送ER观察和复查已经
很快下降了
被ER医生判断为“稳定”之后出院回家休息。

肿到皮肤发红发热、绷得发亮的程度。从不疼到这样也就是1天半的时间。现在虽然肿
块还在但是已经小了很多，并且感觉不到疼痛了。很多姐妹们给了很好的建议，我在这
儿总结一下回馈大家吧。这篇就讲mastitis发生以后24小时内的紧急处理办法吧，长期
抗战的经验我还没有。
教训：急性乳腺炎 （acute mastitis）是怎么发生的
1、sore nipple很早就发现乳头总是发硬，对刺激很敏感（衣服摩擦等），但是没有在
意。宝宝吸奶的时候很疼，当时觉得宝宝不乖，latch on的时候只含住了乳头。其实有
的时候宝宝比你更早地感觉到你的乳头的变化，所以，如果宝宝latch on的时候嘴巴张
得很小大家要提高警惕了。
2、bad feeding experience宝宝吸左边的时候总是不老实，吸一会儿就不肯吸。其实
那时候已经开始堵奶了，奶水let down比较困难，我没有感觉到而已。

发生事故的医院是个regional medical center级别的儿童医院，大家就不要再提了。
具体过程是这样的：
宝宝６个半月大全身浮肿晚上７点入住急症，主治医生忽略症状没有进行应该的检查。
最要命的是他们没有给宝宝任何吃的也不让我们给，同时没有任何措施来监察他的营养
状况。所以除了ER前的2oz奶，到离开ER前的１９个小时没有吃其他任何东西，因为他
不能充分转化脂肪应付代谢危急，他的肝脏迅速积累大量的free fatty acids (FFA).

另外 TBI 常见的是 brain frontal lube 的损伤，这个不是说损害解 USAMO
题目的能力，而是 lose personality。。。换言之，arguably，你不再是你
自己。。。虽然概率不那么高，但损伤巨大了。。。
并且 TBI 还不一定需要是 acute 的，chronicle 的小损伤累计的后果，其实
可能比 acute 的一两次更大。。。特别是娃娃们的大脑发育阶段。。。 |

I have similar condition as yours. Last week my mother get Acute angle-
closure glaucoma attack. We called 911 and send her to ER immediate. Don't
know how much about the bill yet. Later in the ER hospital they found she
got the Acute angle-closure glaucoma attack. So she was transfered to the
eye surgery center from ER in the afternoon. She did her surgery in the
afternoon. The cost for the eye surgery is about $1500.

经过两年多，我们宝宝的医疗事故基本清楚了。可是剩下的起诉时间已经不多了，所以
我们打算联系媒体，希望把我们把美国黑暗的医疗暴露出来。因为医院在当地势力太大
，我们希望把资料寄给最合适的大型媒体。我们对媒体一点都不熟悉，相信也有好坏等
等，请知道任何联系办法或各种有用信息的朋友们帮助。如果回帖不方便，请给我发私

我们的经历不局限于任何一个医院，经过两年多的挫折我们觉得当初疏漏是完全可以原
谅的，可是医生的故意掩盖却让本来可以纠正的事故慢慢演变为造成宝宝永久伤害的故
事。
发生事故的医院是个regional medical center级别的儿童医院，大家就不要再提了。
具体过程是这样的：
宝宝６个半月大全身浮肿晚上７点入住急症，主治医生忽略症状没有进行应该的检查。
