医院的tort reform也很重要,我原来同事的老婆就是医生,医院替他们买的保险都很贵,
而且遇到一些病谁都不愿意下结论,因为即使有保险,也怕自己留下不好的record. |

was a terrible year for corporate America. Had you chosen 2007,the total
profit of the ten largest health insurance companies would be 12.8b. All of
sudden, the change is not that dramatic anymore.
Furthermore, the top ten companies in 2008 are hardly the same as those in
2015 due to industry consolidation.
