这是说前面已经全面停止购买，一点都不买，现在开始从零恢复？

very substantial amount，不过是will agree。will agree到底是agree了还是没
agree，为什么不是has agreed. |

美國總統川普周五（1日）推文表示，他要求中國立刻解除美國農產品關稅。
川普說：「基於我們的貿易協商進展很好，我已要求中國立刻解除美國農產品關稅（包
括牛肉、豬肉等）。」
川普表示，他未在3月1日將2000億美元的中國商品關稅從10%增加至25%。
目前不清楚川普的要求對美中貿易談判有何影響。
