先声明一下，我既不是R党也不是D党，2000年和2004年我没有选小布，选的民主党，
2008和2012我没有选O8，选的共和党。历史已经证明，在过去的16年，美国人民都选错
人了。这个国家毕竟太年轻，她需要学习，特别是从自己的错误中学习。好在她的三权
分立系统，使得总统的错误限制在可以制约的范围，自由媒体可以发出人民的声音。O8
的非法移民大赦计划在最高法院受阻就是一例。
2015年我已经下决心，不能再选民主党了。那么共和党选谁呢？共和党开始竞选时，17
个候选人齐刷刷往台上一站，真把我的眼亮瞎了。人人是精英，个个都是不得了的人物
，没有两把刷子敢往那儿站吗？我当时最不喜欢Trump，因为他是资本家，形象又不好
，觉得他是为了提高自己的知名度到这里ShowUp，不是认真的，根本没把他当回事。可
这哥们儿竟成了媒体上的大热门，电视里报纸上天天都是他的新闻，时不时爆出他的离

们见笑了。
最近两次出海都鱼运不佳，本来今年也就打算休息了，周末又被两个老米朋友拉去船钓
pollock。想想上次缠线，也不想再去party boat了，但认识的几个船都winterize了。
还有的小船也不敢在这样的海况下出海，犹豫了一下还是去了，毕竟今年的pollock还
没爽到。周六大风，船都没出海，周日风10-15knot， sea 3-5feet，大船的话应该没
问题。一早到Yankee fleet码头，朋友已经在船上， 还帮我取来的今年custom make
的cod jigging rod。 一看船上爆满，75 feet 的船上了50多人，看来缠线是少不了的
了。7点准时开船。我在路上和左边的老美钓客聊天，发现还挺谈的来，一路大侃冰钓
。右边是同来的老美朋友。船一直开了两小时，船长又花了15分钟下锚。等锚下好后，
我们的jig马上入水了。250feet水深。朋友用的18 oz 的jig，我用的12oz。结果他比

4.如果你已经比较advance了，不满足于top rope,需要follow,可能你需要更多的
locking biner，除了3里提到的两个你必须买，至少还要２－４个locking biner, 经
过了不同的尝试，现在我只推荐这款 Black Diamond Quicksilver screwgate (现在出
了quicksilver2):

注意：这个biner很轻，但是也比较＂单薄＂，所以如果anchor受力很大，比如说是
main anchor,一定要把两个double起来用．

以上的我不太赞同，biner看上去“单薄”与否我个人认为和安全性没有关系。基于以
下几个理由：
1，BD，petzl等大厂的biner，在设计上就已经严格考虑过安全性了，除非是厂家特殊

别人的车了，实在是晕。星期六早上6点整在Silver star的起点（mile 166)准时ready
to go。Ed问我为啥来这个climb，我老老实实地说因为我连这个山的名字都没听说过
，在summitpost和我们club的网站上都查不到任何信息，所以我喜欢；越没人爬、越稀
奇古怪的我越喜欢… 在路边就能看到那一溜犬牙形状的山脊了，从Silver star到Big
Snagtooth。一出发就是一小段boulder上的下坡，有点trail吧，从一棵倒下的树杆上
过河以后，就跟trail说再见了。Silver star好歹在小树林里还是有trail的，这个是
彻彻底底什么也没有的，no trail no mark，就靠一个140的bearing穿小树林。有些地
方树稀松一些还可以脚踏实地的走；有些地方植被太密集了，根本看不见较小的路，只
能深一脚浅一脚踩到谁算谁…
进了小树林以后，就不太看得到上面的那条山脊了。我们主要就是按照140的bearing往

Slipping Hand/Elbow - > Anchor -> 加速划水。
刚学容易，风车式，就是没Anchor主，累不走水。
或者容易，Sliping hand式，也是没Anchor主，划半天，也不走水。
EVF能帮我们anchor住。Anchor住的感觉，阻力面积要大，用到小臂，不光是手，有水
感，有点匀速推
水，然后水推我们。而不是手从水中滑过。
能Anchor住就容易降低，SPL，效率高。
然后加速划水。效率保持高，再加频率，咱就牛啦。 EVF容易加速划水，直臂很难加
速划水。
所以EVF拿书太好。 |

简述版本：
TI先讲了网球、高尔夫、棒球的击球发力方式：利用躯干转动来蓄能，就像load
spring一样，然后再利用躯干带动肩、肩带动大臂、大臂带动小臂这样层层加速达到最
大击球力量的。说游泳也应该这样最大化划水力量。
下面这两段话讲了怎样利用转体的时候来“蓄能”，但是我在理解上还是有困难，不是
很明白和击球的转体相似在哪里了。

辅助头上升的时候高肘让臂下沉。是不是呢？
原以为anchor是让臂垂直在水中 - 老感觉anchor不住。
你说的飞的时候不够直，是不是觉得腰在下沉或者腰位有点低？
另外我感觉打水时双脚内旋靠紧，打水效果较明显，不然松散，打水很无力。

地婴儿，英文叫anchor baby，顾名思义就是夫妻通过生孩子的办法像抛锚一样在美国
固定下来，这项政策吸引了大批非白人涌入美国，严重打乱了美国的人口比例。以老中
为例，且不谈那些专门来钻这个空子的月子中心，就是很多留学生还在拿学生签证的时
候就操逼生美国娃，生完娃毕业，毕业之后去抢美国人的高薪饭碗，二十年后这些
anchor babies继续抢美国白人孩子们的饭碗，是可忍孰不可忍。因此以alt-right的眼
光看来，不但要取消未来anchor baby的公民权，就是过去出生的anchor babies，只要
出生的时候父母没有美国公民权，不管现在父母有没有公民权，一样要被取消公民权。
虽然这破坏了法律不溯及既往的原则，但谁管这么多，目的是make america great
again。
另外，民权运动以前禁止interracial marriage 的法律要恢复起来，尤其要禁止非白
人男娶白女，堵住非白人男通过操逼的方式留美国的企图。当然了，这一切最终的目的
是要彻底杜绝非白人移民。

美国的白人在总人口中所占的比例不能再继续下降了，这是川粉和华人川粉的共识。落
地婴儿，英文叫anchor baby，顾名思义就是夫妻通过生孩子的办法像抛锚一样在美国
固定下来，这项政策吸引了大批非白人涌入美国，严重打乱了美国的人口比例。以老中
为例，且不谈那些专门来钻这个空子的月子中心，就是很多留学生还在拿学生签证的时
候就操逼生美国娃，生完娃毕业，毕业之后去抢美国人的高薪饭碗，二十年后这些
anchor babies继续抢美国白人孩子们的饭碗，是可忍孰不可忍。因此以alt-right的眼
光看来，不但要取消未来anchor baby的公民权，就是过去出生的anchor babies，只要
出生的时候父母没有美国公民权，不管现在父母有没有公民权，一样要被取消公民权。

我刚刚给Patio Door安装了窗帘。发现：一侧的stud距离Patio Door门框大约5公分，而另外一侧的Stud距离门框有比较远。如果两侧都钉在Stud上，窗帘杆相对Patio Door将不对称。后来，为使得结构对称，我把其中一侧直接在DryWall上安装Anchor(膨胀螺丝)，然后把窗帘杆螺丝钉在Anchor上.个人感觉：支撑窗帘杆（我选择的是直径一英寸的杆子）和窗帘没有任何问题。从Anchor的技术指标参数看，DryWall通过Anchor，可以承载负荷达到 60LBs 以上。 |

（stud），要么是空的；确切的说，stud只是间隔大致16-20 inch放一根，所以干墙后
面绝大部分是空的。。。你可以用一个叫stud finder的工具找到后面stud的大致位子
，就可以把钉子透过干墙，打在stud上，这样就非常牢靠。不幸的是，很多时候因为位
置的选择，钉子只能打在后面为空的地方，这样就需要drywall anchor。先在墙上钻个
洞（你会发现这个洞及其好钻，因为后面是空的），然后放drywall anchor，最后把螺
纹钉钻在drywall anchor。你发现的那个塑料圈估计就是drywall anchor。。。 |
