说，因为转手的时间不长，这个lender和attorney跟他们已经有合作关系，操作起来会
更方便些，因此这不算过分的要求。

改的是contract上的法律用词， 那就不需要经你同意，但在定稿前让你过目和修改是
应该的。 “答应contract”什么意思？ 他没权力答应你的合同也不可能代你去履行合
同责任。
第三个问题问你的agent.
你已经宣布退出这单， 那就不用管其他了。 |

这是普通的条款吗?我觉得non material 是主观的，seller觉得是non material
defect，buyer可能觉得是material defect，有这个条款的话，seller不修的话，我还
