1898年的判例确保了14th amendment对于birthright citizenship的认可。
在现有条款下，如果非citizen及PR的在美国生的子女不是citizen，那么意味着父母不
是subject to the jurisdiction. 假设父母分别是H1 H4身份，那么他们是不是可以不
交税？no taxation without representation. 如果外国人在美国可以出境退税、不用
交所得税、ss税，那么我才认可第二种对subject to the jurisdiction的解释。
最后，我的观点很明确，不修改14th amendment，就休想终结birthright citizenship.

1。 而且各行业（如律师，医生， 学者， 普通业者）等等皆有自己的组织。
2。 来自各个不同国家的犹太人组织，如波兰犹太人联合会， 俄罗斯犹太人联合会。
我想， 类似的，华人也可以组织:
1. 美国华人联合会
2。 行业性的华人组织： 如华人计算机行业业者联合会，华人学者教授/医生联合会，
华人中餐联合会等等。
2。区域性的华人联合会： 1）。 大陆华人联合会（可再分各省市联合会）， 2），
台湾华人联合会， 3)港华人联合会等等.
3。按州：加州华人联合会，纽约州华人联合会等等。

had not heard about it. That's part of the problem.
