如果按照佛州的情况,
首先你需要证明你面临great bodily harm或者death的威胁
其次如果你是主动挑起冲突的那一方,只有当你用尽所有其他手段,
都无法避免将要到来的死亡或严重身体伤害,
或者你已经主动停止使用武力,并明确的向对方表示不再继续使用武力,
而对方仍然坚持对你使用武力时,
你才有正常情况下法律赋予的自卫权利.
而你的描述完全无法落实这些.
