If they default, FF have to pay on the bond, cause most MBS from FF are insured by FF. debtor in possession (DIP) financing yesterday. DIP lenders get a first lien
on everything. They can take 100% of the company leaving the bondholders
and share holders with nothing.
For bondholders, you have to buy credit default swaps (CDS) to hedge your
money, however, I highly doubt that any insurance company would sell CDS for
PCX at this stage. |

在操这只票。下走差不多就应该是低，技术上35快是个支撑区域。这只票，分红后，长
线持有人有reinvest 的传统，shorter 应该要在分红日期钱cover回来大部分来。 分
红后在在cover 一部分，这也是为啥er前3000多call，9月份又有900多call。
当然不一定是hedge funds 也有可能是bondholder 在搞事，不过bondholder依我看应
该在上周出货完成并且应该都cover掉了。所以还应该是hedge funds 蹭着dilute 股价
不稳定的时候莫浑水。 |

想吃dividend，但是又怕自己的position 贬值，所以买便宜的36 一直买put。36应该

backed by US government. If they are dumped, Treasury will be hurt most.
Plus, the market has the most acute nose, they sense and digest every
move from these entities. If the credit of government starts to go south,

Now the premium on CDS on FF bonds are quite cheap, and reflects the

ACORN to the mobs showing up at the homes of private citizens, Obama is
running a Hugo Chavez-style thugocracy.
Let’s be clear, I’m not defending Bank of America. I'm defending the
American tax payer from organized labor who has bled them dry and the
politicians who have been too weak to stand up to their gangster ways.

We think of the world of transportation -- especially trucking and
automobile manufacturing -- as being one of the most fundamental of
Democratic Party constituencies. Detroit has long been a party stronghold,
with the UAW and Teamsters among Democrats' most powerful union supporters.

among 152 countries, tied with the United Kingdom, and lower than neighbor
Canada or Australia. The index, published by the Cato Institute and Canada's
Fraser Institute, has been published since 1996. As recently as 2000, the
US ranked 2nd in the world, in terms of boasting a free economy. The US's
declining ranking will lower future economic growth.
