汇报一下昨晚的羽毛球大战
昨天可能是我见到CARLISLE有史以来人最多的一次，
可见羽毛球这项运动的火热啊
赞一下007队长，跑那么远来打球不容易，也向队长夫人致敬，重在参于啊
看007在后场跑来跑去，满头是汗，很辛苦啊，
赞一下KELVIN同学，杀球凶狠无比，there is no tomorrow with the other side.
赞一下BOBO同学, 沉稳老练，可惜没看到BOBO跟KELVIN的单挑
赞一下PATPAT同学，手上动作甚是灵活多变，杀球也狠，不过昨天的失误好像有点多
赞一下persoone和JING，两位女队员非常积极主动打球，好像没怎么停过吧？技术也有
进步
可惜NKMM和ODEI没来，要不可以打个女双的热身赛，看这个周末吧。
唉，太多人要赞，还是就此打住。
俺基本都在打男双，但球打得比较软，失误好像不少，双打配合上有待提高。

Carlisle倒是有些小房子没比Acton贵多少。
刚找了下MLS, Concord 1.5M+ list 上有35套，Carlisle只有一套。
800k以下Concord 67套，Carlisle居然有44套。
中国人多当然也是按比例，绝对数字Carlisle那么小怎么比？

楼主离ＮＹＣ开车大概１２个小时左右 出发前用ＡＭＥＸ的75/15 off 在Home Depot
买了$300的油卡 都是Shell 50+ BP 25的组合 回程车载显示往返开1400迈 29mpg 油

传统乐队的演出，carlisle每年有学校学生和中文老师主板的中国新年表演，要说对中
国人的态度，没什么不好的，未必比lexington/acton之类的差。这类town家里有点文
化的老美一样推教育，老中孩子未必哪里都第一。 |

1. 降低房子budget到55w左右，不要死撑，会很累的，给自己留些空间(谁能说一下，
让seller也把房价降一降。。。)
2. 往返一个小时不是问题（啊，我现在只要9分钟到家，还一路没有红绿灯，其他路都
要yield。。。）。
3。4月开始，要有耐心，这个还是可以得，现在lease还有几个月才到期。
依据这个思想，接下来这个周末要有的开喽，下的town都可以考虑：Carlisle, Acton,
westford, boxborough等。好奇咋没人替concord说话呢，是和carlisle算一个了? 另
外，Andover也没人说好话呢？从这个排名看http://www.bostonmagazine.com/boston-best-schools-2013/比bedford还要好啊，离Acton排名也不远，但周围人很多说Action和bedford好话，说Andover的少。
当然，上面几个town可能还是要缩减一下，否则大部分时间都要花在路上了。

进入三月份的过去几个星期，大波士顿地区的房地产市场行情可以说用火爆来形容一点
都不夸张。 我自己亲自经手Newton, Brookline, Cambridge, Brighton,lexington,
Allston, West Roxbury, Carlisle, Westboro, Acton, Sudbury, Natick, Dover.
Winchester, Quincy, Sharon, Framingham ，Hopkinton， Cape Cod 等多个镇的很多

1。 按照预期，房市进入三月份应该回暖，但是今年的回暖远远超出预期。 出现到处

serious one.
Harmony, Carlisle are good brand with quite reasonable price.
Aqua Bound, B Branch are good too but usually a little more expensive. But
BB touring paddle by one friend was broken at first time use.
Werner, AT mightbe the best but much more expensive.
in the last two years, we bought lots Carlisle and Harmony paddles and
turned out to be great decision because of durability, usability and quite
low price.
